Editing the Daily Database page
Daily database
What you need to do
- Put in your habits in the database, in the cells titled "Habit (X)". Add or delete columns as necessary.
- Click on the "Progress" column header. Click "Edit formula" when the pop-up appears and edit the number in yellow as shown in the formula below with the total number of habits you've added.
- The formula should be:
round(100 * (unaryPlus(prop("Habit 1")) + unaryPlus(prop("Habit 2")) + unaryPlus(prop("Habit 3")) + unaryPlus(prop("Habit 4")) + unaryPlus(prop("Habit 5"))) / 5) / 100
- For example, if you want to track 3 habits and have inserted them into the habit journal, the yellow number in the formula should be 3.
- Make sure the database is sorted by "Date" > "Ascending". You can find the Sort button next to the Search bar on the top of the table.
Extra note: editing what is displayed
- Hover over the top of the database which brings up additional options, including the blue "New" button. Click the icon with three dots next to the blue "New" button. You should see a pop-up.
- Click on Properties. This ****allows you to choose what categories (headers/ titles from the Daily database page) that you want displayed on each view.
